  Warehouse Direct was the best.
We had a change of tenant after four years and had a serious problem; cat odor. The tenant who was leaving had two cats who... read more were not cared for well. That left us with a huge odor problem that we feared went down to the foundation. Our first line of defense was changing the carpet and that's where Dan came in.
We called for an estimate and he was there the next day. He measured and then promised us that he could beat any other bid. He told us to come by the warehouse to check out their available options for carpet.
We went to their warehouse and Wow! The options were amazing, especially their remnants. Since this is a rental, we weren't too concerned with matching a particular color but the quality of the carpet was better than anything we saw at Home Depot.
Not only did he take his time with us at the warehouse to choose (he should get a raise just for that harrowing decision-making process), but we also talked to the owner? boss? other person? about options for getting rid of the smell. She was so helpful and took the time to give us information on what to use for the concrete foundation and where we could get the cleaner for it. We never felt hurried or like we were inconveniencing them. Great customer service.
We got other bids and yes, Dan delivered. He gave us a great bid, lower than the others and the materials he used were of higher quality. They were also able to schedule the installation within days.
The whole process was seamless, painless, and a huge stress relief all the way around. I can't recommend Warehouse Direct more.

Swung into town, signed new tenants, met with Jana (really knows her stuff!!) at WHD...she pulled samples for the new tenants, got the measurements and we are all happy, good price/huge selection/GREAT SERVICE. Our sunroom was damaged severely from recent storms, and we went in to select new... read more carpet...the kind and experienced sales person showed us some durable , but nice looking carpet rolls. He even cut us off some samples to bring home. After selecting a nice wool textured carpet, we set it up to be installed after new floor was installed. The professional, experienced carpet installer came exactly at his appointed time, and did a GREAT job! I love our new Carpet, and there was no need to border the walls with trim! He tucked it in against the walls perfectly! We love warehouse direct! The quality of this carpet is wonderful , and easy to clean !

Andrew was delightful to work with and gave me great ideas on products and design. Juan's installation was amazing. He was challenged with several old layers and levels of flooring with surprises in every room. He does beautiful work and his attention to detail is greatly appreciated.

The  finished project exceeded my expectations. Andrew and Juan were great - very patient with schedule changes due to delays in my construction project. They were very friendly and lots of fun to work with. I highly recommend Warehouse Direct.

The crew that came to install our flooring were so skilled! Alberto was an incredible project manager and had such attention to detail and craftsmanship. We had lots of different level flooring, weird baseboard situations and different design features we were trying to sort out. He was attentive and made sure that everything was done in the best way possible.
All in all, one of the best crews we have had work on our house! And we are very happy with the results.
